  • Thanks! Good strumming lesson. So he plucks low E strums down, strums up to A and same pattern?

  • @badabinggolf Thanks. Basically, you want to alternate between the bass notes of each chord. Example: G chord. You would alternate between the E string (G note), A string (B note), and D string (D note). If it was a D chord, you would not hit the low E string because the E note is not part of the chord.

  • I don't need you like a teacher and you play and sing bad

  • -.-

  • you do play well.

  • listen to the music! allot of the boom-chica sound was from the upright bass called "slap bass"!! its present in all of Cash's early music. its the strings hitting the finger board. the whole boom chica was mixture from the two instruments together plus the dollers in the strings to make the sound of a snare drum! listen to the music closely!

  • Interesting, thanks.

  • I think you want to take a few lessons from a J C song called "get rythm" thats wat you really missing mate, its a bit fast slow fast slow.

although the tip on how he actually plays the the notes made alot of sense

  • Im sorry, but listen to the song once more, thats not how it is played.

  • If you're talking about the alternating treble notes, those are done by moving your 2nd finger of the C chord from the D to G string. You still have to keep that strum.

  • metronome.

  • oh my god dude can u do a song bye johnny cash called fivefeet high and rising please. write back

  • i freaken love this!!!
