Can anyone tell me where I can get the emulator and ROM he uses? Cause I've got MAME32v103 and this game works on it but it has no sound. I have to resort to playing Raiden Fighters 2 2000 and it is much worse than playing with no sound because the difficulty never increases as well as problems with the video and graphics.

I haven't tried them out myself, but I've heard (and sometimes seen) that they can be very, very hard...

No touhou shmups are not that hard compared to professionally made arcade shooters , its just a myth created by touhou fan boys who stupidly think more bullets = harder game .

@palindrome33 Yeah, in bullet hell your ship shoot so fast that you dont have to target your enemy but in old arcade shooters you have to boot hit and dodge and you dont keep your power up when you die. Gradius was much harder then raiden fighter, donpachi and even mushimesama.

@palindrome33 the parody of Gradius, (parodius) may even be harder. I dont remember witch one, snes or PS1 version but when you beat the game without dying once the secret stage you unlock was the hardest thing I have ever try. Bullet fly at you from everywhere but not in predictable pattern like those shmup bullet hell game. I had to cheat to beat this stage. It took like 300 load state to complete this stage, what a shame.

i remember when i playde this game the first time, my assists drove me crazy, i died like 100000 times and also the green flashes did confuse me, and i couldn't invade the projektiles!
