LoL, 1:33 to 1:38 wow but nice post most so-called weapons experts i run into aren't really good with the weapons they have and will critize everything someone else does wrong so i look at video's to watch and learn as long as no-one is hurt everyvideo is a lesson to follow up on :)
I love it when inexperienced people take gunsmithing job in to their own hands.Never tamper with weapons if you don't know what to do.That's obviously open gun that's been built by him.
@SeanUSA1993 Of course Glocks will jam. All mechanical devices will fail at some point. But easily 90% of the pistol malfunctions I have observed at ranges and practical shooting events have happened with 1911-style pistols.
With all due respect and sincerity, can we please all join together and agreee to STOP using this song for videos. i cant take another Martial Arts or Gun clip with this song (we get it "bodies hit the floor" )..please PLEASE...stop.
IPSC has categories for practical shooting tourneys...that includes the caliber and type of gun that a shooter in his category must use...if you belong to the professional categories...all gun calibers are .45's...and triggers, recoil springs, stabilizers, and compensators are modified for speed and accuracy. after all this is sport shooting and not defense shooting.
Glocks are actually some of the most popular choices in production and IDPA, due to their reliability and light trigger. Also count how popular they are with law enforcement. They work pretty damned well.
Oh, STI, Colt, SFA are not types of guns. They're manufactures.
most probabaly sa mga bala nila yan...may iba kasi na gumagawa ng safili nilang timpla sa primer at grain count...or talagang maarte lang yung mga guns nila...lalo na pag nagulpi na sa practice ung FA.
Polish the feeding ramp, alter the mags if they are giving trouble, make sure your sights are sighted in, make sure you have no cracks or odd things on your ammo, make sure the gun is clean, hell the list goes on, guns can fail end of story you have to keep them clean and dry not to mention you have to check your ammo (this is very important if you reload your own ammo). Some handguns are picky on what brand of ammo they will cycle, this is not the movies gun can mess up if you tune/clean them.
The Mk23 is an absolute monster. Terrible bulk and ergonomics. I think it'd be about the worst gun you could use for competition, in terms of high cap autoloading .45.
Yeah, though that's what happens sometimes when you mod a gun poorly, use bad ammo or reloads, or don't maintain it well. It's things that no handgun are immune to. Even a revolver can jam if you use bad ammo or don't take care of it.
Most jams in competiton postols usualy happen from worn out magazine springs, that is why you see the guy dump the mag, then load another, if not it can be from using reloaded amo that has been reloaded too many times, and has swelled enough it will not go into the chamber, other than that it would be worn spring in the firing pin. Check amo first, mag next, loading 1 less than capacity will prevent chances of misfeed greatly and lenghtnen the life of the mag.
damn i think its time you change your gun smith!!! i mean all those guns are great firearms but when it jams like that you should think twice on going back to your gun smith....
Para makes a double stack 1911 in 9mm. I think the body isnt as wide as the .45 models. But its great when you have a stock single stack 1911 shooting 230gr .45acp and you beat someone with a high cap 9mm. Ive done it a few times...;)
sorry to burst your bubble but those old school guns are really reliable if you take care of em, and yeah all the guns in the world are susceptible to jamming sooner or later. but everything falls on your preferences in guns and in what application you will use em.
During my 15 years in the Korean army as a weapons training specialist I have seen many guys experience their guns jamming or experience several of other problems. I always tell people to take good care of their weapons no matter how big or small it is. Always take care of it because it will save your life one day.
that pricey ass gun and you use low grade ammo? yeah...

All these firearms have one thing in common. They're automatics. For self defence in civilian life, choose a wheelgun. Six for sure.
BobbyIronsights 3 years ago
But those guns have such an old design. This is the future, why have a gun with only 6 bullets?
UnknownAccount0 3 years ago
wide frame 1911 can hold up to 14+1 of .45acp but some ppl like it old school =P
aznlonewuff 3 years ago
I don't like the wide frame, it's too bulky.
