You guys are good. The sounds of the electronic drums don't mesh well with your piano though. Maybe if your drummer played lighter it would sound better, maybe. It's as if there's two completely different styles of music struggling to mesh here. Tell your drummer to try play drums light and jazzy next time.

thanks for the advice but unfortunately, there probably won't be a next time. Tim is actually my guitar player. Also, I want to stay away from telling my band mates what to do so much. I want us to be able to naturally connect with one another so that making music becomes a natural process. And about the different styles... maybe when combined they make a new style altogether? I'm not a huge fan of recycling (and I'm not talking about trash) :)

@khmaininjai3 I absolutely LOVE this. This is the type of stuff your band should go for, I would buy it. I want to listen to awesome piano music with this style of rock drumming, not jazz drumming. I'm a drummer and the thing is, good piano like this, and rock drumming is never combined, that would be unheard of. Most piano music, unless it's jazz, doesn't have the drum set at all. So keep this up, and it will be a new sub genre, piano rock (not like The Fray with just rhythm piano.)
