I can barely ride a bike anymore because of my active Chiari malformation, but to ride even a stationary bike while spinning so nicely... I'm impressed!!!
Has anyone found a way to use a bicycle's rotating movement to turn a spinning wheel? I have a Kit wheel (Clemes and Clemes, i think) that attaches to a treadle sewing machine and it is turned by the pedalling motion of that!
Beautiful form, Waffles! I love seeing the orange, and I also keep thinking with all that balancing the greatness you're doing for your core strength! xoxox
yo dawg, i heard yo like spinning so we put a spindle on your bike so you can spin while you spin.

No WAY!! There are no more excuses left! I love it. I knit on the stationary bike, but NEVER thought of this. Thanks so much.

Thanks! I hadn't thought about the benefit of core strength. :-)
My biggest challenge is to keep pedaling cadence throughout the phases of spinning.
