  • Whitney Houston should've done a christmas album in 1991 or 1993, right after The Bodyguard. While her voice was still perfect.

  • When was this song made? It was definitely when Whitney could sing before substance abuse took it's toll on her voice. I just heard "O Holy Night" from her Christmas album. She definatley sounds huskier. Never reaching much above C5 on a standard 88-key piano. Her highest note was B flat 5, just below C6 (Soprano C).

  • I have played this Christmas after Christmas loving every wonderful note. She really makes you feel and love songs. So much spirit and wonderous joy in her delivery. I will really get chills the next holiday season listening to this. Thanks for posting.

  • this sounds even better when she sang it live

  • R.I.P. baby girl. I will always love you.

  • This was my favorite song of hers. R.I.P. Whitney :'(

  • This is my favorite rendition of this song!

  • I love when she singss "PRAAAAAAAAY for peace and people EVERYWHEEEERE..." I mean this is really classic Whitney hitting those high notes that give us the chills :)

  • @writerant Exactly right on that "PRAAAAAAAY." It sure wasn't written like that; came right out of her soul. Just gorgeous.
