Please check if you ever take antibiotic Levaqin, Avelox, Cipro, Floxin you can the brain fog and more simptoms from that. I have the problem 3 years. See on face book Fluroquinolone Antibiotic,
on question I have for you though, is being uncoordinated assoiciated with your brain fog..because I used to be very athletic, but now I'm having coordination problems a bit..tripping, clumsy, etc. it almost like being slightly perpetually drunk, but i dont drink much!
Yes and now. I, too, am still uncoordinated (I cannot run yet and if someone were to throw a ball to me I would have a hard time catching it. I think that has more to do with MS itself and not just brain fog. But, they DO go hand in hand.
I have no idea if it will help you or not, every person with MS is different. Talk to your doctor about Tysabri. He or she will know how to get it! In fact, I am sure you HAVE to go through your doctor because not just anyone can get the drug. Tysabri has helped me tremendously (brain fog too).
@BritishBeliever and again, why would you think a drug for ms patients would help you if you dont ms? have you considered other things that could be causing this?
for example, amalgam fillings, or high/low blood sugar or stress leads to over cortisol production which hampers right/left brain communica. quite honestly, i have just started doing yoga exercises, yogic breathing, and aerobics, i feel memory after a couple days. and quit eating almost all sugar, imo, tell me what happens?
i started getting foggy brain about 2 years ago (im 25)..I just recall a point where I realized that I wasn't as sharp as I used to be. for example xI'd right in the middle of a conversation, and I would completley forget what we were talking about..this really scared me as im still young. i used to be a commercial painter, and I chalked it up to being exposed to fumes...but I dont really think thats it. because I know many sharp long term painters.
to live with brain fog is so awful experience. at first i didn't know why i am feeling this way, and there was definelty somthing wrong with my feeling i worried so much and depressed because of how terrible and pathetic life i am having. i've had that brain fog for 4 years now and i am too young. after a long lasting internet search, i just found that i got brain fog! is there any cure for it?
I don't know Karlos...my doctor, at one time, had me on the drug called Aricept. I doubted whether that helped, but my wife seemed to think it made a difference. But I don't know of any medicine that will immediately help a foggy brain.

Do you know the cause or is it one of those things. Ive had it for a couple of years Caffeine helps but i dont sleep to well loaded up.
Maybe i should call my local mental health clinic and ask for some advice.
Thanks for thaking the time to reply.

No, I don't know the cause, but I suspect it is "one of those things."
Asking the clinic for some advice is a great idea. Good luck!
