its a ramp just inverted into the dirt so the shooter is low to ground so they may fire launcher with no worry of others behind, then his position slightly above ground allows for concealment and surprise shot, and the inverted ramp lets the bike ride out also so its like a sudden attack of rpgs on bikes out of no were because you cant see them from 100 yards away. =) hope you get it low tech but ingenious cause it would scare the shit out of any tank brigade. lol

almost all Iranian air planes even the best, F-14 tomcat are among the airplanes that have been retired from the US Air force or US Navy, the only other good one is Mig29 which have been demonstrated to fail dogfights with F-15s (let alone F22s or F35s) numerous times. Right now China´s military is, if at all, at spot No. 3. They have a lot of people but their gear sucks, their best stuff is in very short supply and most of that army is still WWII-style leg and motorized infantry. They also have no power projection capabilities and couldn´t even supply a major force on foreign ground.
