that grower is more experienced then any of us most likely and has been growign that type for a while and knows what works best hense the grow rate. also the lights are everywhere so more light more growth bigger pots more area to grow bigger tops. if your plant is small don't mean anything. My PC grow is only like 2 feet max and yeild about 15 grams i think it was. so dont worry.

I think it's for fooling DEA , in Amsterdam, no one can't grow it, but you got to stay at 6 crops maximum. So cropping his plants like he could do will provide him nearly the same amount of MJ than having a sea of green . The only dark point here is the time, the less you cut, tie, stress the plant, the less time it take to be harvested.

Cause normal home growers can grow a max. of 5 plants, but medicinal users get the possibility of growing a maximum of 50 plants/ grow area.

walnuts with husks is good to keep spider mites away, or spiders in general. something about the acidity of the odor in walnut husks that spiders will not nest near. many old ladies have taught me this trick for keeping spiders out of homes. use a couple walnuts in your grow room or garden, and you never have to worry about spiders again

Normally, a plant will have one large bud in the middle of the plant, and much smaller buds along the lower branches.

Super cropping fools the branches into thinking they are the highest branch, and they grow much much larger buds.

As you can see in the video, the branches are softened by pinching them, and are then bent over.

Since the branch gets direct sunlight, it thinks it is the main branch of the plant and grows huge buds

If you're going to do the drill thing, make sure sure the part the connects the rod to the drill is sturdy. Mine slipped in the bit one and the lamps hit the plants and did its own supercropping. (it didn't hut them though...)

I used a metal hole saw with a bolt welded to it and a small bolt through the rod and the saw.

That's the way I always supercrop, I learned it from Soma. I cringed the first time I saw it too but squeezing from two directions and folding them over gives me better results than tying them down. I averaged about 180 grams per plant on that crop. It would have been more but I had some powdery mildew crop up and even with potassium bicarbonate (Protector) and Ozone I couldn't knock it down to the plants came down early.

The plants will develop a knuckle where he pinched and bent it, yes it will grow towards the light still without strings all over the place so u can still get your hand around the plant and prune the dead leaves etc. This method will let more light in to the lower leaves too and produce more even budding
