  • brilliant...i suffer from a bad back and get injuries from weights..this is so simple to do and very effective....thanks so much

  • can you do cardio workouts

  • Push ups rock, I'm fan of push ups. I don't need an eating program or something, my mother is always cooking, I don't eat junk. But should I eat before training, or after?

  • @IonIPopa I will send you my recommendations

  • @SixPackProgram I was going too but your channel is not working.

  • @SixPackProgram OK. Thank you:)

  • How many sets

  • @DustinsReality 3 sets max reps

  • @SixPackProgram what do u mean by max reps. till failure ?

  • Hi befour this workout i was doing home chest workout lvlv 2 from p4p.I have one problem i buidl side adn top but not so much midle and botom of chest when i look in mirror from side i have cehst its buidled but when i look direcly it not thet big any tips.

  • @WowPwnageCurseless You need to do flyes and decline bench in your chest workout

  • Question: is going half way down and holding it as long as you can a good excersize or is it something that can possibly damage your joints like your elbows or shoulders?

  • @Shockgrasp You can hold it if you want but going up and down in a slow motion will be more effective.

  • Good on ya mate, you seem like a nice straight up guy who doesnt act like a ''know it all pumped up idiot'', so im gonna give your workout a try man! ;) tnx

  • good video, but how do you set them?

surely you don't just do the first exercise til fail, then second, then third etc?

wouldn't your triceps will be very tired by the time you switch exercises, and will probably fail before the next part of your chest you are working out is properly exercised?

  • very nice !

  • Do u do that once a day everyday or twice a day everyday?

  • @Kaddakaboy Once per week twice after 3 days rest, max

  • can i do shoulder and traps workout at home?

    could you show me how?

  • @Asusisuful You will need a set of dumbbells

  • @SixPackProgram i see. I do not have one. Thanks for your reply :-)

  • @Asusisuful You can do a shoulder press with no weights by doing a hand stand with feet on the wall and lowering yourself up and down but you already need a lot of strength in order to do this. If you get yourself a set of cheap dumbbells you can do a very good shoulder workout.

  • @SixPackProgram i see. I am not strong enough to do that :-D. Anyway, thanks for your advice.

  • tnx brother

  • @mechanical00toaster Enjoy ;)

  • GO AUSTRALIA!. Sorry, GO BRISBANE!

  • @Indescriptive Yeah bro! Best country in the world, don't know about Brisbane though ;)

  • thanks bro helped alot

  • Lame. I was hoping the chair would break..

  • @07SugaShane Got to love the Trolls with their attempts at being funny

  • @SixPackProgram Not necessarily trying to be funny, it was a real wish. Video is not the least bit impressive. Lot better ones on here

  • eny good calf workouts?

  • @onid318 At home just use stairs and do calf raises. High reps one leg at a time, to increase the load get a back pack and fill it with books.

  • Thanks man!!

  • thanks buddy...you are very help full. i like your this video very much.

  • can you make the next one arms

  • @rapsep No time at the moment bro. To do arms at home you will need a set of dumbells. Then just do Biceps and triceps once per week. 3-4 sets 1st set 12 reps 2nd 10reps and third 6-8 reps. Hope this helps. For dumbell training type dumbbell exercises for biceps and then for triceps. i'm sure you will find what you are looking for.

  • i want more

  • THANKS!!!!!

  • hey....could u upload a home workout for back??? something with/without dumbells and a swiss/medicine ball....i'd really appreciate that ! thanx. and way to go!!

  • @coolnhotsabby It's just a time thing. When I get some free time I will upload some training tips.

  • thanks heaps man, and go aussie !!

  • i didnt even know there were more parts of the chest to train lol

  • @gunsnknife You need to hit it from different angles to fill in the whole area.

  • Christian Bale??? anyone???? okay just me then

  • hey peeps, im not a serious work out kinda person but i do like working out on my spare time. my dad always told be to not work out my chest. only arms kuz.. it looks better. idk. i dont care anymore, i want chests and shoulders. i just started. im 5'9 at 170lbs .. not too bad i hope.. i dont want ripped, just toned. any tips? also! i find myself working out mostly at night (around 10pm or 12am) is this bad?

  • @marineboy090 My dad told me that any one that works out is an idiot. It's because they have no idea about training. training at night is no prob. Best tip is do one body part per day and go heavy.

  • will this acctually work????

  • @adyshady1983 Yes, it gives you a complete chest workout comparable to a gym workout. You need to do other parts like back, delts etc.. on other days for a complete workout.

  • thanks man , now i dont have to walk to the gym to bench press!

  • @mrneonshuffle Try P90x man it is the best desicion iv'e ever made!!!!!!

  • hi guys well im a obese 19 year old male n im very self conscious about my manboobs ;( im 5,4 210 pounds yea i know guys dont rub it in my face :( but i am a good athlete i can run a 40 yard dash in 4.98 im allways exercising and i cant lose weight can u guys give me a good workout plan and diet plan cuz i really hate my manboobs

  • @GODSouljaseven I will send some info to you via message :)

  • Great video thanks

  • @mrneonshuffle That is all good cardio but I recommend you hit the gym & do some weights. The more muscle you put on the more you burn, plus the recovery after weights lasts around 72 hours. So all this time your body is using calories to repair itself. If you stay strict on the diet you can reach a six pack in around 4-6 months. I do eat crap and my fat % fluctuates accordingly, it's tough! I have to remind myself of the big picture and cut the junk. Don’t have any carbs after 6pm & u will see

  • @mrneonshuffle It's not a matter of which exercise but of body fat % if you can get to around 10% your man boobs should disappear. If they don't you may have Gynecomastia which is the abnormal development of large mammary glands in males resulting in breast enlargement. If this is the case you will need surgery. My friend got them due to using steroids and had to have the operation. The surgeon removed his nipples took out the fat and sawed them back on. They looked quite good after.

  • could you make a tricep and bicep workout vid please.

  • Im sorry im not realy good in english so im asking you in text =P :

What do i have to do if i want to make my chest bigger ?? I think u understand what i meen

  • @JFlowKiiNg Do the above training once per week. In a few months you will sww results.

  • @SixPackProgram You mean the push ups from on top of the 3 chairs ??

  • @JFlowKiiNg All 3 exercises

  • very helpful vid..one question how many reps and sets do you recommend?

  • @B18C5NA 3 sets for each exercise as many reps as you can manage.

  • so how should we do the exercises, a few sets of each exercise or the entire workout a few times ?

  • what if i didn't spread my legs apart like yours ...will it work a diff. part of my chest if i did??

  • @budbug3 No it's just for balance. I have a problem with my big toe so it just feels more comfortable to have them apart.

  • alright man nice vid i was wondering how u even out an uneven chest cos ive had an injury and wasnt able to use one arm i lost muscle in one arm ive got that back but now i need to even out my chest but cant find chest workouts 4 one side to do at home any ideas plz i could do with some help nice one later

  • @zaccazsneddon Do all your chest workouts with dumbbells and independent cables. Your weak side will catch up. It will take some time tho.

  • @SixPackProgram nice one i was also wondering if i do push ups will it just get worse coz my stronger side will over compensate or will it still catch up?thank4 the responce in advance this time haha

  • @zaccazsneddon Bumbbells will be better as you can adjust to have maximum weight on the week side. Anything using a barbell or push ups will take away from the weak side as your body will automaticaly compensate. You can do lots with dumbbells and cables. Flat bench, incline bench, flyes, cable cross overs etc...

  • this is good m8. :D

  • @aidanevison995 Enjoy :)

  • cool! Thanks!

  • yeah this works. ty for tips

  • @02Rader No prob

  • @RuneWarriorz I made it in a hurry as a member from my website requested it. So this may be the problem. I'm almost too scared to ask but why in the world would you want to workout your crotch?

  • Comment removed

  • nice workout you can really feel the burn

  • @a4adriaan I'm glad you enjoyed it :)
