The Democrats were elected in 2006 as a backlash against Bush and they will be out in 2010. Even with Democrats running things, the legislature is still more pro-liberty than most states.

By the way Dave. I happen to own a little spy shop and I have a lot of "spy" gadgets. All kinds of audio and video recorders. Some of them you can just put in your pocket that look like a pen or can be "hidden" very easily. If you simply walk up and say "audio recording" but don't have a camera stuck in their face, they are much more likely to be intimidated.

I'll sell them to free staters at my cost (plus shipping) if you think it would be helpful.

Yes. The GOP will re-take the NH House this year and the ban will be overturned shortly thereafter, probably followed by a bill that will keep it from happening in the future.
