Nice break! Again loved the MI credits! Gotta love that Milford Plaza ad that survived for at LEAST a good 15 years on NY TV until the late 90s! Seems that late night was the place to dump off a good deal of longform ads!
I agree. I would tape AT10 late night and notice all the longform ads, and during the Saturday afternoon re-broadcast of At10 the ads would be short ones. You may notice that on a few of these ads it seems to have a different one begin and then the longform would start.
The closing credits for "M:I" came from the episode "The Short Tail Spy," which originally aired on CBS on Dec. 17, 1966. (Besides a different IMF leader, the first season was the only one where the Bulletin Typewriter font was used for credits; after the second season, Univers 75 was used for credits.) And also, why after those end credits did WNEW have a "Next: 'Special' " bumper if "AT10" came afterwards - another one of their errors?
At $39 / night, cheating on your spouse had never been more affordable.

@burtiscurtis09 YES! I thought that was just a tape issue when you have taped them originally. So the shorter ads would be on the afternoon!
