i saw in a video that the rocker arms and rods must go back together same as they came out or else there will be much wear on them

yes, easy to do on a new engine, pain in the ass in reality when the bolts are rusty an brake off

Way to yank those plug wires man. I'm sure they'll be just fine. I'm suprised you didn't use your impact gun on the spark plugs.
