    you should do it slowly and use the abs not the arms to make the circle move

  • you are doing it wrong you have to keep your abs tight while doing it. so the machine wont flip on you.

  • It is a good ab machine. I will call myself hard core because I workout 6 times a week for 2 hours. Try keeping your feet together to insure that you are using you ab muscles. I tried doing it for 10mins. and it was the first time that I felt like throwing up after a workout.

  • @trealoo33 I'm 234 will that be a problem i workout 7 days a week just basic crunches and push ups every morning and night...... Just wondering .... cause my total gym is total wack lolx

  • When you do it correctly you can feel your abs tighten, if you're just using your legs you can swing yourself right off of it, I know because that's what I did until I learned how to use it. You should be able to feel it in your abs, and it definitely works.

  • 1 axample of wrong usage!, your supposed to keep your gut centred over the middle of it and use your gut to swing your legs, shes just swinging her legs from side to side throwing her off balance, why does no one get that???.

  • My sister in law bought it and hates it..she wants to return it but with the shipping and handling she would only get half her money back..rip off!!! I have been bodybuilding for almost 30 years and i tried it out..total crap..a big piece of junk..do crunches, sit up, and hanging leg raises instead..as much as I love Jenny I seriously doubt she even uses this..

  • hahah... man that's funny but your doing it wrong thats why you aren't seeing results like im a fairly built already 15 year old and when i did it for 10 mins i was ripped even better. Your not meant to move your shoulders you have to make them still and just move your lower body

  • @bird2374 No mate, trust me its a good piece of equipment, most people just dont use it properly, wht she does not tell you is you have to use your gut muscles to pull yourslef around, not your legs, thats not the way it works.

  • Honestly....I am using it properly. I use it daily. I don not see any visible results.....I am 51 and I guess results take longer and I am never going to look 25 again. I could be expecting too much.

  • i have one also and you are doing it wrong.move your hips not your butt. it is really a great product.

  • I say this with the greatest respect, try to keep your upper body still, and swing your lower body using your abs. you will feel the burn. hope this has been a help to you :)

  • I can really feel it in my sides. My abdomen not so much. I am working on doing it correctly. That's right.....don't trust the infomercial. If I were to buy it again. I think I would wait just a bit when they will be cheaper.......OR ....get one off ebay when someone who bought it realizes that they aren't going to use it.

  • just a tip i have the ab circle & you arn't seeing results because you are moving all of your body you need to keep your body facing forword and and only move your hips and back :) you will notice a big difference!!

  • No results for me yet. But I am only doing sets of 50 3 times a day. I don't think I could do it for three minutes straight......

  • egg357 was correct................I was doing this incorrectly. I just tried it using egg357's tip. Now I can see this as working out what it's supposed to workout. I can also work my arms by doing it the way I was. Thank you for the tip!

  • I think that my torso is too short to do this properly. I am 4'11", but I am going to try to just move from my hips................

  • My arms are sore so they are getting a workout...I'll have to try centering myself. I can feel it on my sides, but not my belly fat..................

  • It looks like you're doing it wrong, you're supposed to be centered and just slide your waist to the sides while keeping your chest in the middle as much as possible
