Thanks - I have had my hose for a year and it's never wound properly so I have just watched this and changed the bits around and it's working perfect.
This is much easier to follow than the rather crummy diagrams. Very good indeed.
Just one thing. It seems Phil could be left-handed and if assembled with the handle the side he describes it could be on the wrong side if you're right-handed. Not that it matters that much
