  • @stringfellowhawke247 Has it fallen apart on you yet? Don't worry, it will. I pissed away over $3k on one of their pieces of crap too and now am trying to figure out what to buy next since theirs went to hell and they don't stand behind their poorly designed junk.

  • @walterbl Nope. It's still in the same condition as when we received it. Cant see why it would fall apart unless you take poor care of it. Now I will be honest when I say the model we slept on at the store felt nothing like the one we got. Same model, but something tells me they have better quality beds for models to get you to buy them then give you cheaper stuff. We got it for half off when we got it, but honestly wont be buying another one when the time comes. I dont sleep any different.

  • @stringfellowhawke247 I'm glad yours held up. Ours is barely 3 years old and has been taken care. We're two adults. No kids jumping on it or anything. Just do a search on Sleep Number Problems and you'll see I'm not alone. The trench effect is one of the main complaints. Boggles my mind how two separate 'matresses can still sag to the center of the bed. They blame it on one side sleeping on a firm setting and the other on a soft setting. I thought that was the point of individual settings. ???
