You work out until your muscles get to maximum strength for its size, then do intense cardio and pig out on proteins so that your muscles swell, then you rinse and repeat. It's like breeding a belgian cow. Unless you have incredible motivation, and I'm talking olympic champion motivation, I recommend NOT doing such a training regime.
