People 15 years old and sometimes younger will have sex, and not letting won't stop them. Even if all your points are correct, it has nothing to do with the intelligence of the child. Being a parent at 15 would be difficult, but it doesn't mean that your kids are just the next generation of stupidity.

So im 12 years old and in MY school some 8th graders already admit to having sex in the bathrooms during class or in the locker rooms and people find condoms in almost every bathroom and sometimes the busses. Obviously that's worse then this. Instead of worrying about kids having sex in high school how about MIDDLE SCHOOL. High schoolers are usually having sex after or right before they turn 16. But kids around 12 - 14 years old?
