I love Zumba. I currently go to classes almost every day... 2 different instructors with 3 awesome styles! I will never stop Zumba

hip hop with strong and fast movements. i love it, but it's kind hard for me to do. wish you could teach step by step. anyway thanks for sharing.

the little girl in the back has got the moves down. did not realize that kids enjoyed this as much as us adults do. . Oh, and the guy in the front just cracks me up. great job

This is a class that you do a workshop/certification for. You buy the routines that have the practices and the music. The practices are broken down step by step. It is VERY easy to learn although the recordings that are shown look difficult, they are not hard to learn.
