He did not made this, but anyways, that's why there are special effects, he might had use this lego stick thing, then he blend it in, like how movie makers do when someone is falling they have this rope attached to a person, or, they just change greenscreen when falling

Sad thing is most people wont appreciate the months and months of hard work that took just for the animation alone, then add on the huge amount of work that rotoscoping took to do the light saber fight scenes. An amazing effort. Quality throughout :-)
