Using your logic, it follows that the leafs, w/ 13 cups, are better than the pens. One of the few teams you listed that your logic would validly apply to is the Wings (11 cups fyi), who've had a stint of 4 cups in the last 13 years (30.7% success rate since 1997). Bruins haven't won it in 38 years, Rangers in 16, after a 54 year drought, senators haven't since 1927 (11 cups fyi).
