What a waste of tax payers money! I don't recall the public being given a choice, but what the hell we are only the minions to the failed system anyway. A society built on surveillance of false security is a society not spiritually evolved enough to find alternative ways of living. Their paradigm is a show of weakness in their own demise of failed power games. Control in a forced draconian way can only last as long we let it. Stop paying taxes!
