Alright second time, seen this. Yeah that sometimes happens, but when it does, why not have fun with it. Looks like a stop motion camera of your character glideing. Usually happens when running and attacking while a region is still loading. This also happens if you create a large build-up of gestures your character is attempting to perform at once: Run, Walk, Attack, Yawn, Stretch, Look Side-to-Side, ect. if the system can't catch up it creates a really sloppy overlay of a sad attempt.

Yea but it happened a 2nd time but it happened because i was aimed in with my weapon, and i saved and quit.
