@doeverythinggood I'm pretty sure thats a misconception, i can feel it way more in my lats on a narrow grip, if you look at someones back between a narrow and a wide grip the lats stick out more on the narrow grip actually
Question, Rob: why did you only incorporate 2 exercises (6 sets i am assuming) for biceps? I'm currently nursing a minor shoulder injury and focus on one muscle group per session till my shoulder fully recovers. But i am also using this different approach to see if this routine works better for me, so my question is; i did my biceps today and had a total of 4 sets ending off with a drop set of hammer curls. So i executed a total of about 12 sets in a 40 minute time period...is this too many?

I mean every time you train Back you make this exercise in this video or do you switch up a littelbit. Maybe each month you add another exercise or each workout diffrent exercises.

I'm taking Protein, Creatine, Glutamine, Multi Vitamin, and Fish Oil but I don't know if that's enough!? Was results have been great but I hope I’m not skipping out on an important supplement.
If anyone one knows of another supplement that may help you improve your results please advise, thanks!

I used to take only a protein shake and creatin (both from EAS) and had some decent results. 78 kg, 1m80 and 13% bf. But I wanted to grow more. I now use true-mass and nitrix (both BSN) and have to say, it works better for me.
I've been using it for 2 months now and I now weight 80 kg, still 1m80 and 9% bf.
Haven't changed my healthy eating. Go to the gym 4 times a week, 2 times soccer and some running with my husky.
Hey i'm short about 5ft 5 so i knw i can't really go too big (i dont want the bodybuilder look but want the fitness model look) i used to workout my back a lot until i just started looking disproportionate. now i almost never work my back, do u have any suggestions for definition in the back rather than size?
hi rob, can u tell me how much time do u work your biceps and triceps, how much reps for them, how much exercices and how much rest do u do between sets and workout. thanks
@MrFalco28 im not rob but i suggest working both musclegroups once a week as they get overtrained very easily. As for reps stick between the 6-10 rep range and use a spotter to force out those last few reps. squeeze the muscle at the top of the movement and lower the weight SLOWLY on the negative portion as this is where you will make the most gains. at most 9 sets each for 2-3 exercises at most. As for rest anywhere between 60-90 seconds to really tear down those fibers

I'm probably about 10% body fat at the moment? No idea actually. I don't measure anything like that until I'm into my final 6 weeks. I'll lift heavy for the next 8-10 weeks before I switch things up ready to condition and increase my cardio even more.
Yes I would recommed getting those grips. They completely changed the way a normal pull up feels. You can also use them for a numer of different exercises which I'll be showing throughout my video blogs.
Yeah I apologize for that. I had a friend film this workout and not my usual workout partner. They'll be back to being like they were before for my next video blog.

Narrow lat pulldown works more lats and outer back, wide grip does more inner, it's the other way round
