It's mine. Look at the date that my video was uploaded to YT, and look at the date his video was uploaded. Also, mine is clearly much better quality. Another thing, I've been doing these yearly review videos since 2007, so this is definitely mine, there's also a Teaser for it. Also, take a look at 1:20, that painting footage is footage that I've filmed myself, there's no way that he could've gotten that from anywhere. Do me a favor, and go spam the prick. Thank you. :)

It's not about using a song that people like, it's about using songs that fit. I've gotten quite a few suggestions on what songs to use on my videos, and they're usually decent. However, this suggestion is probably the worst ever, no offense to you. That Kanye song doesn't even come close to being anywhere as good as the ones by One Republic.
