Thank you, ricki, for your gracious comments. This live version is really a personal interpretation of Mary's "Cold Wind". My low C Drone flute made by Russ Venable caught Mary's ear this day and she jumped on the other mic to accompanying ME as I played - an unforgettable experience, I'll tell you. The studio version remains to this day my #1 FAVORITE Mary Youngblood song with Tom Wasinger, Joanne Shenandoah, and Mark McCoin all joining Mary. Again, thank you. -Dan DiCicco

My GREAT grandfather was Italian born Carlo Rosario Stephano DiCicco and married Carmella Circone. The name DiCicco (di cicco) comes from the small Italian village Pacentro - the same village from which Madonna's family comes - Circone (Cercone).... I wonder how closely related you and I are. :-)
