  • You don't have to go to the area and wait if she is in custody.

  • why didn't her mom go to that area and stay there overnight?

  • *is -.-

  • All I have to say us to all the racist assholes, Lucifer will see you in hell.

  • She was mentally ill and lost.

  • This is so sad.

  • the fuckin cops were in on this shit......there are alot of rapist/murderer/pedophile cops out there and they should all be shot in the fucking face

  • Damn I wonder how the mother feels after making that comment. "I don't want to wake up to see the some missing person with their head chopped off." I know she didn't mean anything by it but wow.

  • its simple you can find that guy that went out behind her ask him about the paintings on the wall the truth will come out then

  • Shawn is still missing. It will be 89 days since he first went missing and 59 days since the Long Beach Police picked him up at the Aquarium with no money in very poor condition. He has not been seen since the police took him. We hope to soon be able to file a suit against the LBPD. Please go to FINDSHAWNT on YouTube

  • I was curious how did Mitrice's mother found out so quickly that Mitrice was on the way to the police station? I thought she didn't have a cell phone and that a call couldn't be made until she got to the station.

"I understand my daughter is being brought into the station, Mitrice Richardson. Have they made it to the station yet and she's been booked?"

The police station said they'd just put it on the radio that they were coming in. How could she have found out that fast?

  • @naknim4me i believe that her mother was contacted somehow while Mitrice was at the restaurant because i remember her mother saying in an interview that she offered to pay the restaurant over the phone with a credit card but the restaurant said that they needed a signature and either they didnt have a fax machine or her mom didn't have one. Her mother has very good instincs and she should have followed them and went to get her daughter but i understand that she trusted the Sheriffs reassurance.

  • @The1AndOnlyGianni That's what I'm assuming too. It would be interesting to know who contacted Latrice and what was said in that conversation.

  • @naknim4me She Found Out Bc When They Were At The resturaunt The Employees Called Mitrices Grandmother To get A Payment And Then Mitrice's Grandmother Called Latice "Mitrice's Mother" And Latice Then Called the Resturant Her Self And They Told her That Mitrice Had Already Been arrested And Was On Her Was To Thee station........Hope This answers Your question

  • @29MissAnn Yes it does. Thank you.

  • @naknim4me You Are Very Much Welcome...Take Care

  • Question: Have they released the autopsy report any updates. Its as if the whole case is thrown in the trash. This is terrible

  • Is he talking about a dog? Saying i dont know were this one came from what type of stuff is this?

  • Do you hear the mothers cry for help...I do...

One day we will all have to face God, the day he decides where you will go...where your next journey will take you...

I pray for Mitrice that she may be in a better place, but I pray more for the people who put her there...ONE day THEY will be punished!!

  • 1:50 is just depressing, like foreshadowing. I also find it strange that a female instead of the guy answered then the guy said in the background, "Hold on" while lol. Fucked up!

  • how many times does she have to tell you her daughter's name? this man is ridiculolus @ 5:45 seconds

  • @BlackWomenAreScum1 STFU u devil

  • Like the mother said ... she didn't want he daughter released to the crazies.

Her daughter was already among the crazies ... these cops killed her.

Here the cop tells her to wait 24 HOUR to give his buddies time to do their dirt.

  • "The Malibu sheriff station has always had a sordid reputation and past" anagrams "Yes, Sarah's future lab ransomed. Want hat 4 data 2 position pit & aid hid flash".

  • The L.A Sheriffs did kill this girl and they will get away with it because Malibu is a very rich community top police and govt officials of LA live there. Her black ass had know business in Malibu her black ass was trying to get her a whiteman and came up dead there is an unwritten code in Malibu "NO BLACKS" and it will be enforced to the fullest. Go ahead and fuck around in Malibu like Mitrice did and try play crazy your, black ass will end up dead.

  • @DIJV79 Her "black ass" was a lesbian, so she was not in Malibu searching for any man. Show some respect, the girl's dead

  • @theloverofangie I don't think so, mental illness had set in and she thought she could live in white girl fantasy land by going into restaurants in Malibu and not paying her tab. Boy! was she wrong she went for a ride and her black ass came up short booty naked layin in the dirt.

  • @DIJV79 ur a dispicable person

  • Comment removed

  • @DIJV79 u wish, and you're still despicable...u probably fvck children and animals.

  • @DIJV79 your a racist say that shit in public you internet racist

  • @nyc23bklyn I was wrong this young girl did not deserve this. May the most high have mercy on me.

  • @DIJV79 my parents died om 911 and that they a lot of people killed people in nyc cause then they would say that that person died on 911 and my cousin was lost and they found her body on long island she was taken and killed. And the cops didnt want to look for her so now we found out that she might have been killed by the long island serial killer

  • @nyc23bklyn Its not safe out here I don't know why these girls just wander off like this. To many predators and psycho paths out here. They will kill you and do God knows what to you, even my sister has had some problems with men following her home. But as soon as they see another man there, they run like rats.

  • WOW! The acting put forward by the police officer who talks to mitrice's mom in the morning after the arrest, is incredible. I bet everyone around him clapped when he got off of the phone. It's bullshit and she will get justice. Don't get me started on the "witness"...the cop. You Cunts, you won't get away with this.

  • Bill sounds guilty or staged. This can't be life. I'm speechless right now.

  • This breaks my heart

  • Something stinks of evil at that Police department.smh

    rip

  • I was in the drug world for four years in southern California. One thing I can tell you is that you WOULDN'T believe the violence inflicted on inmates in jails there. Not the prison system but the jails. The correction officers are the insane ones there.

  • I also agree that the cops had something to do withit but her mom should have gone to pick her up when she called the first time. You dont joke or play with the police..

  • this is why u police the police.

  • You know the cops killed her!!! But when this kind of thing happens to Black people it doesnt really get any attention!!!! White people generally DGAF!!!

  • @pinkhousemob those devils dgaf about no one but themselves. Most likely those devils took advantage of that sista and possibly performed some foul activity on her and dismissed her into thin air so no one would be able to find her. They got rid of the evidence of foul play to get rid of the thought of her being murdered by one of them devils. I tell ya this is like a damn movie...

  • Little Miss Geoffrey's Hostess was probably the set up girl to the PD grip. Apparently Mitrice got victimized in more ways than one. Her drunken state was probably from

being feed a date rape drug at the Geoffreys restaurant.

  • I think all of that was put out there to make it look like she did something wrong. And if you will lie to make urself look right then that tells me there was foul play. She was young and beautifull. She came from a loving family. And its a dis service to them to say this was her fault. She was murdered find out who did it..Whats wrong with that. Now Im done

  • I believe in my heart there was foul play cause I know how they work. ppl love to say criminals deserve what they get but thats not fair.ppl commit theft crimes for a reason. Murderers are another thing. Rapist are another thing. Pedifiles are another thing and so on. But to say she seems crazy lets send her to jail..what about an mental institution...and she had never been to jail before..Being high and drunk are one thing when did that ever make u crazy.

  • Also If u are going to be released from jail they can tell u that over the phone. Many times ppl have fam or friends waiting for them and they dont even know they are getting out. So the is bs. And its time for someone to do something about the l.a sherriff they think they can do whatever they want and get away with it. Everyone is afraid of them. If they do something to u its hard to get a lawyer that will take ur case for fear of them.. Its time for them to get a wake up call.

  • I dont believe the calls about her being crazy are true..i think its the l.a sherriff department hiding there crimes and oh do they ever commit them. She was a very beautifull girl and it cost her her life. U dont go to jail for being crazy u go to jail for committing a crime. Why would she walk around if she had a car. How did she have money for drugs but no money for something to eat. These are the obvious questions here. Its no ones place to judge her unless ur going to judge the police as wel

  • Did i hear the last person say that she(Mitrice) was sitting on the wooden step and he didn't know how she got there because they keep the gate closed but then later he stated that there is trail leading to the house and there is gate and they keep it open because it's nice for the people or the horses or something to that nature??Are these gates the same or different??? This case has really upset me because it could have been prevented... Racist Bastards

  • I agree with alot of you a predator sheriff had something to do with it. pressure needs to be put on Fed's to investigate. malibu paper malibusurfsidesnews com has article on her and states believes sheriffs had something to do with her disappearance.

  • WoW. Mama's worst fears! My prayers are with you.

  • Someone in that department is involved! They need to do a thorough investigation! RIP Mitrice!!

  • @tyese28 I think the dummy asking her all them dumb ass questions over and over again is involved.

  • Fuck it. POLICE OFFICER's Duty Is to protect US. I love how everyone says oh according to the law this & that bullshit when the police officers did NOT have any right to search her car. Why let her leave the station knowing that this girl had serious mental conditions. So the law can be enforced by letting her leave since "they have no right to hold her in custody". The law sure can be handy when it comes to not giving a damn about someone's well being and its sad.

  • @LoveMyDearAshley They keep changing their story to the chagrin of the family THEN they contaminated th crime scene when the evidence was found. Speaks volumes about their involvement in this RAPE and MURDER! Oh yes, they also ruled out rape and murder before they found her body.

  • the 911 caller who allegedly saw Mitrice that Night needs to be identified & given the polygrap test

  • @BillionGODSun I agree who identifies himself only as Smith to PD giving no real address but a curious description of the in between areas, heck for all we know he could had this girl locked up in his basement for a sex slave, especially seeing how her remains were not found until a year later. And the cop didn't ask ANY questions as to his Identification! Damn the criminals are playing loose.

  • Thank you JESUS! Al Sharpton has asked the Feds to investigate.

  • I Don't Wanna Say What they Can do with That OIR, But I Think EveryBody get The Idea. That OIR Is Completely Bull$*** Written By White People Who Don't Give a Damn About a Innocent Black Woman Who was Experiencing A Severe Case Of Bipolar Being Deceased!

  • @29MissAnn you said it well

  • Poor Benjamin Jones(OIR) may the Lord have mercy on your soul. No good (bad luck) will come to you and your family for generations to come until un write what you have written. May you be placed in the BOOK OF PSALMS. I pray for your soul. You had to sell your soul to save the other officers, in the end you all will lose your jobs. A" LIE" DON'T CARE WHO TELL IT.

  • someone should set Geoffrys Restarant on fire

  • @sidneycello Lol

  • This is so sad. May she rest in peace. God bless her family

  • THE COPS AT THE POLICE STATION WILL ALWAYS BE LOOKED AT AS GUILTY OF THIS CRIME NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY.

  • I Really Can't Believe All This over $89, They Took A Young Woman's Life Over $89. The Sheriffs Really Have Some Explaining to Do, So Stop With The White Wash Cover up Report And let's Hear some Right Washes.

  • My heart goes out to Ms. Sutton and Family. Ms. Sutton, no one in their right mind believes that you wanted anything to happen to Mitrice. Everyone can tell that she had a beautiful life and was raised very well with all the achievements she would have went to be someone really great. People are cruel and even during a time like this they're seeking attention. Until those cops and bill smith are punished , i will Keep blogging and trying to keep the focus out there for justice.

  • Wow I didnt know she had a mental illness....that is so sad

  • So much for the way our police " To protect and serve us huh! I can not believe that they would fail soooo badly just to do their job seriously the phone calls were very clear... My prayers go out to the parents.

  • Sheiff Lee Baca can you get your boys under control? You have a predator among you all. You have admitted without saying that your jail is not secure by not providing the appropriate cameras. That means that you can't protect your own work force if you have tapes missing or inaccurate. Now we know why you all call yourselves the lost hills. You take yor VICTIMS out in the hills and loose(MURDER) them. POLYGRAPH! When you can't depend on your boys , you can depend on POLY! POLY don't LIE!

  • another example that the so-called enforcers of the law r the most sociopathic & in need of Punishment & Discipline!!!

    ~All Power 2 da People~

  • RIP Maitrice.

  • I Agree with the father, All of them need to take a lie detector test The Cops and their Mothers, fathers And Wives Children etc. and As For, Mr.Bill his Wife, Girlfriend And or Boyfriend Children and Every body who lives on That Block And Who ever Visits from time to time Who Ever is involved needs to go Down, This is One Time i will make Sure I go do My Jury Duty.

  • to mr.bill smith(home owner) take your ass down to the district attorney office and tell them the truth if you are not involve with this MURDER. that is if you are not. if you know something and dont report it then you are going to go down with the officers that get prosecuted with this horrific MURDER. oh yeah they will be prosecuted even if it take years. someone is going to want out of this secret. the TRUTH will set you free. SECRETS will eat at you until they destroy you within.

  • we owe it to Mitrice and her family not to let this die in the media. we must keep questioning this until the family get results and the truth and convictions. that police department needs to be shut down. that female officer that was there that night needs to do the right thing. is her job more important than the life of another human? if she give a damn about equality for women than she would have her ass at the district atty. office asking for protection for exchange for the truth.

  • the day those officers are arrested and all others that are covering for them(wifes,family,friends,co-workers,reporters),i'm going to party like a rock star. This case will always be apart of my life and a learning experience for me and my family. it has change the way my county releases people in custodys. i live in a college town and the city would never place students in danger.

  • My God I don't think I can ever in true justice imagine how much of a nightmare all of this ended up to be for Matrice & her loving family that was just going crazy trying to find their kid & bring her back home safely.

This is just terrifying for me just THINKING about it, imagine how much more intense that feeling was (and still is) for her family & friends. This is the society we're living in, one FILLED with danger lurking at every corner & everybody need's to ALWAYS be aware of that.

  • She never should have been released. ..she was NOT In her right mind, she had NO vehicle and she was too far away from any place safe. The police FAILED!

  • Listen Closely to Bill's Voice he sounds so guilty, Who would find a Person on there porch Looking Like her (Helpless) and not ask them if they needed to use a phone. or just any kind of help. Instead of being so quick to call the police. he's Dont sound right. I Dont believe him at All His Story is Bull.

  • Absolute negligence! The system established to serve and protect failed her on so many levels! My heart aches for her and her family. I only pray she is at peace and that justice will be served.

  • that's a hell of alot of PAINT. i wonder if the family has checked local paint shops and even places like habitat where u can get the paint really cheap.

  • who do u think the graffiti guys are? do they have a connection to the murder or just to the mariquana? did they hear over a scanner what happened that night? do u think bill smith (ex reporter) have anything to do with it? why hasn"t he come out publicly? what is his relationship to any of the officers? can tapes be pulled at all local stores including the mcdonalds( mcdonald cup and redbull)?

  • @myanswersmythoughts You Know wut? The graffiti the station and where she was found is all in one form of circle. so i say every body who lives in that circle Knows Something . becuzz the family say that people in that area said the cops didnt come out till about 3pm later that day. who's to say they r telln the truth. I dont think they came out att all, sum one between all of them had sumthing to do with that graffiti. and her Death,

  • male officers don't let female officers go into dangerous situations without back up. im sure if it had been one of their female officers leaving they would've made sure she was safe. DAMN they even cry like babies when their trained dogs are injured or even killed.they have shown no emotion about the death of this poor innocent child. anytime in life when you are having to make a decision that affects a person safety you must make sure that its one you can live with.

  • who killed this woman who was the last person with her....the police

  • OMG, Mr Man is part of the Cover up, Police had him to call in.

  • How is law enforcement to blame? When Correction releases an inmate they give that inmate the ability to make arrangements for pick up prior to the release. It is the responsibility of the individual to do that. Why would corrections call a mother of a 24 year old adult? In the end its a lose lose situation. If Mitrice would have died in custody everyone would say "well why didn't they release her when they were suppose too?" The real person to blame is the person who did this to her.

  • @cg257 just one question to you, when does Corrections release an inmate @ 12:30 a.m.? i live in new york city the city that doesn't sleep and they don't do that.

  • @lordtalik Here in Arizona they release inmates at anytime. Sometime you only spend a couple of hours in jail for processing then cut loose. (Of course depending on your charge). For example if your arrested for misdemeanor possession charge of marijuana your never booked into the jail. Your simply brought in, processed, and released on you promising to appear in court. The process takes only a few hours. In this case it was her first arrest which mean they would process and release her.

  • @cg257 first thing first. Mitrice was not an inmate. She was not living there with other cell mates nor using it as a address. She was in custody briefly for a situation that should've not warrant a charge. I'm pretty sure charges would have been dropped or differently time served . Mitrice's life was far more vauable than $89. i don't care if my child is 24,34,or 54 if my child is temporarily disable mentally of physically please hold her in custody safely until I get there.

  • @myanswersmythoughts I completely agree with you on some points. First off though she was arrested for defrauding an innkeeper and public intoxication. Secondly she went through two medical screenings, one when she was admitted and the second before she is released. Both times she did not show any signs of mental illness nor admit to being mentally handicap. (So how are the officer suppose to know?) Thirdly, why was the mothers excuse for not picking her up "I am going to take a bath."

  • @cg257 If you listen ..you hear them tell the mother that the girl might be kept overnight, and if not, she will cal...thats why she didnt pick her up. Lets not throw facts out the window

  • @rahkriga This caught me by surprise i Just got finished telling cg257 The Same Thing and Scrolled down and saw That u did too, I Mean it's Not That Difficult The Answer to that Question is up there in the Recording, Every Body is quick to Judge With the wrong Facts. You Know?

  • @rahkriga YOUR EXACTLY RIGHT!!! The police officer told the mother that if they DON"T keep her all night and is released early the DAUGHTER will have the opportunity to call her to set up a time when she is being released to get picked up. When being released correction officers allow individuals to call ahead of their release time to set up for this type of thing. Now is it the officers fault if she didn't set up a pick up time when giving the opportunity too? I don't think so.

  • @cg257 correctional officers work at a prison. MITRICE was not in prison, however when they held her against her will and took her out to the canyon that is false imprisonment.

  • @cg257 well cg the only way to prove that she defrauded an innkeeper is to know her state of mind. now that's something you don't know. How can they lock a person up for public intoxication and then release them in a couple of hours? cg i think you know the law that surrounds alcohol arrest. You can not be released without being held a certain amount of hours. Well if a grown woman is rolling around on the floor that is proof enough. Hey cops are suppose to have knowledge.

  • @myanswersmythoughts First off defrauding an innkeeper is when someone does not want to pay a tab and tries to leave. That was the primary reason the officers went out to the restaurant. Secondly, the law in California states any individual arrested for PI must spend a minimum of 4 hours or maximum of 72 hours until the individual demonstrates a well being for themselves, others, and does not interfere with "public ways." The 4 hour minimum is well within the time frame.

  • @myanswersmythoughts Thirdly, you claim the police should have "knowledge" is ridiculous. I have a good friend who is bi polar. You would have NEVER EVER known she was bi polar unless she told you. So mental illness is not always apparent. Instead of blaming the police you should blame the mother for not taking the 15 min drive to the station instead of "taking a bath" and the person who did this do the young lady. Period.

  • @cg257 They told the Mother that Mitrice would be held all night Long and if they do let her out that they would have her daughter to give her a call, They Didn't do Any of it And Now Shes Dead. How Can People Be Cruel at a time Like This.

  • @29MissAnn YOUR EXACTLY RIGHT!!!

  • @cg257 Is there Any Body's Mother u Know that Scheduled a Pick up Time To Pick up there Grown Child? Its Not Even that I'm saying. They should have gave her the message that her Mother was gonna pick her up. I don't think they told her all that, nor did they offer her to stay Like they said They Did. They already knew what they had planned for her prior to her release. Because one simple Call To her Mother would''ve hurt. The Called her when they were at Geofferey's requesting payment.

  • @29MissAnn First off the jail does not pass off messages to people booked in jail. You need to stop watching tv shows. No corrections officer is going to say "Oh hey Johnny your mother called." Secondly, the jail does not "offer" you to stay. Its not a damn hotel. When your done going through the process your released. PERIOD! Thirdly, the jail does not call to set up pick up times. Its the responsibility of the inmate. Lastly, the police at Geofferey's isn't going to call the mother of a

  • Comment removed

  • @cg257 that is so untrue. I'ts many reason why someone placed in booking my stay longer. Often inmates don't get out on their release date on time at no fault of the inmate. Yes they do give messages in jail.Often relating to the death of a family member. You can also call and get on to the Captains as long as you don't threaten anyone. They have a job to do or they can be replaced. I hope you don't think they are in that job for life.

  • @cg257

  • @cg257 Yes It's the Responsibility of an Inmate, She was Not an Inmate Far as i know it was a Sheriffs station and they Don't Have Inmates There So Once again get your SHIT Straight if u r Going to Talk It. Beside Inmates R Those who Live on The premises at a police Station. She was only there(sheriffs Station) for a Few Hours on a Citable Offense and you're Calling her and Inmate. Have Some Compassion This Girl Is DEAD. Hopefully this Doesn't Happen to Any of your loved ones or Lack there OF.

  • @29MissAnn SHE IS AN INMATE MORON!!!! When booked into a jail for a criminal offense (and it doesn't matter if its "citable" its still means you broke the law) for ANY period of time your a JAIL INMATE!. Your holding a temporary dwelling in an institution until your charges are faced or your released on the promise of you showing up to court. What do you think correction officers call them? "The people sitting over there?" NO!! They say "the INMATES sitting over there" I am done talking, MORON!!

  • @cg257 Lol, GettN A Little Bitter I Sense, Well Yeah I Know Truth Hurts, I Don't Mind Being a Moron As Long As you Don't mind being wrong of which you are. I Don't care if she was and Inmate (your words) Or Not the Fact is She is Dead Now, Because of Sorry excuses for a Human Being's Like You!

  • @29MissAnn 24 year old adult women. Its like call the mother of a 30 year old adult who committed a crime, its not going to happen.

  • @cg257 Not Me So it's Sounds Like U R The one Watching Tv Show. I Know how they handle things in The Police Station, The Point is This Situation Should have Been Handled Differently. Since She was Mentally Unstable At That Point.

  • @cg257 well I know bi polar people and not what they show you, it's how they act. most of them think they are fine until they act the fool on you. you can't rule it out in a few hours.

  • @cg257 hey since we know cops are suppose to have knowledge, maybe lost hills police officers are defrauding the people in the community because these dumb asses have proven that it's o.k. to be stupid and not have any experience. Hey that's not me saying it . It's them claiming so proudly not to know a damn thing ( THE MURDER OF COURSE). I'm sorry I didn't mean to say that. I'ts still their big SECRET. Do think they need to turn their salaries back in? After all it sound like defrauding.

  • @cg257 first of all the mother has nothing to do with the cops choosing to MURDER. how in the world can they do an accurate evaluation in a couple of hours? If it's proven to be true we need to shut down some of our mental health facilities and let lost hills do the evauations. i'm sure it will cut cost for tax payers.

  • Why didn't the mother get her hyde out there and personally get her?? Instead of firing 17,000 questions by phone, why didn't she get a neighbor or friend and go out there? Forget being black, and blame law enforcement; DEAL WITH IT!!

  • Why did she not get a call to her mom either while, during, or after being released? The damn police station is in the middle of the damn woods and these damn cops released her and now she is dead! How many young 25 year old WHITE women have been released out in the middle of the woods? Hell No!! This is sopme bullshit!

  • there is something majorly left out in this case.. how did she get so far from the police station to the area where she was found dead? why didn't the police let her talk to her mother on the phone? why did the police station in the middle of nowhere in a forest just decide to discharge her with no cell phone or car, while intoxicated? why has no police survaillance been released? something about this seems really odd. i have a bad feeling something went horribly wrong after the last call.

  • This Missing White Women Syndrome needs to stop! This crap just pisses me off! They found her dead this past week and I hope her family should sue the police department and the city!

  • That is some real bullshit! None of it is adding up. That station is full of it.

  • her mothers words wow so sad

  • Last seen with police? How do we know they didn't kill her? Accidentally? Purposely? Maybe she was E.D? Police should have been more helpful than they were.

    Way lame!

I have massive empathy for her parents and family. God Bless them please.

  • THIS IS BULLSHIT LET HER NAME HAVE BEEN KATHY OR BECKY THEY WOULD HAVE STARTED LOOKING FOR HER ASAP

  • @MsBronbron Aint That The Truth. The Cops and Bill Will Get whats Coming To Them. Gods Has serious Plans for Tthem

  • THIS WHOLE STORY IS FISHY. THERE IS NO WAY THIS STATION WOULD HAVE LET A WHITE WOMAN HER AGE WALK OUT ALONE IN THE DARK!!! BULLSHI.... I knew they would not find her alive and all those Las Vegas sightings was more BULLSHI...BUT GOD WILL REPAY ALL EVIL KILLERS!!!!!!!!!

  • The dots should have been connected sooner. Under God there is no reason for this young woman's light to now be forever extinguished. There seems to me there wasn't enough proactive action(if none) taken on the part of the police agency that is responsible for this locality

  • This is so sad when you listen to her mother saying I dont want her head getting chop off because she is does not know the area. She would have rather for her to stay in jail then be released. Then the man tried to asure the mother that there was no harm to her daughter. Wow this is some story.

  • This is so sad listening to her mother because I can hear the fears that my mum would have. Apparently the have found her remains, may her soul R.I.P. There is much to learn from this tragedy.

  • The mother says they tried to get her to stay, but Mitrice wouldn't. You can't blame the police. Why didn't the mother drive out there to look for her?

I do blame the police for not going out sooner to investigate this "prowler" call.

  • God Bless her family. I am so sorry for their loss.

  • not only do the officers know what happened but i theory that the homeowner played a part in the cover up phone call. He used the key word AFRO to describe her hair. well that word was found written everywhere. they never thought her mom would come looking for her so soon.the marijuana is a lie and a plot. it's very suspect that they have found a body near and area was marijuana used to grow. the police and the homeowner are the ones involved. marijuana on land?marijuana on drawings?

  • @myanswersmythoughts I don't think so...the homeowner, Mr. Bill Smith was reported to work at a local radio studio... I think he was trying to give good details...if you see Mitrice's mug shot her hair was larger than in many of her other pictures. Maybe someone else heard these tapes, or reports and then did the painted drawings from that info.... I can't see the homeowner being more than a concerned citizen IMHO.

  • @chrisoutoftown I would have to Disagree. because if he was a Concern Citizen Then why Didn't he ask The Poor Girl if she needed help.He could have asked her if she was lost or did she need to call anybody, Basically he could have helped her, But instead he called the Police and they Both took it from There .

  • @myanswersmythoughts Yes u r so right, that's the same thing i said, and the only reason they found her cent over there is bcuzz one of the officers Took her there. and they both raped and Killed her There. That House is the Crime Scene

  • @29MissAnn what i can't get over is that the ex news reporter(home owner) said the gate was locked then he said he always leave it open for the horse trail. i do believe that someone knows and probably heard over a police scanner or similiar device. the cops know this. just like the cops know who the mariquana grower is. normally its atleast one cop that protects the bad guys for exchange for cash and illegal favors.

  • she chose to leave. she didn't wait for her family. she didn't even take her stuff. that wasn't their fault. they can't force people to wait for their mother. the only thing i think they should have done is be more careful about the fact she was acting crazy earlier in the day. but the law protects peoples rights. but it isn't thier job to see all the criminals home. my heart breaks for the mother especailly since she thought her daughter was safe until she got there. God bless her.

  • @judyluvsnoel

It was NOT the only thing the police could have done and it IS the police's fault for not ensuring she be released to the mother... the mother who was in route!

Agreeing release w/ mom, police in that station understood she was possibly condition to an "apparent mental disorder".

Judy, even criminals and the mentally challenged have rights and should be protected by police that follow "best practices".

Yes the police knew Mitrice was incapable and they WILL be found guilty!!

  • @OilSpillGenerator she isn't a child. she is an adult. criminals aren't released to their parents. she could have called her mother. unfortunately the mentally ill fought for the right NOT to detained unless they are threat. her mother and friends knew someonething was wrong with her. you need to watch a few episodes of cops.... all the people they pick up at night look insane. and she wasn't incapable. she answered all their questions. it is sad but stop blaming the wrong people

  • There is a video of Mitrice inside the police station trying to use a pay phone and failing....she was not able to even make a call...that is how bad her mental state was at the time!! Have you ever argued with a drunk person...? That is also how rediculous it is to release a person during a mental breakdown and expect them to fend for themselves....No wonder she never made it home!! I is the responsibility of the COPS to do a 5150....another Epic Fail for Cops in this case!!

  • They had to either wait until morning to get the money off of their books or walk down a long dark deserted road (no bus too kate) there was a guy pulling up and offering women rides down the road from Sybil brand and they disappeared

  • They used to do that at sybil brand institute kick girls out at midnight with no money

  • Every body thats involved in the missing of this young black women is going answer

    to jesus christ

L.A.P.D And Las Vegas P.D. and i say again will answer to jesus christ

we are praying for u my sistah

    L.A.P.D

  • That biaatch on that shit and fuked up in the head!!! her mother in denial about her fate

  • @cjzzzzz

  • @cjzzzzz

She is a VICTIM and not a biaatch. maybe that's what you would like to be labeled if you ever find yourself in a similiar situation. Your state of mind is sick and you sound like someone who victimizes women. and YEAH we care about ALL VICTIMS. that's what make us human. let's not criticize but help bring this VICTIM home.

  • she was so beautiful i hope they find you

  • if what the resturaunt patrons said was true about her acting mentally ill, then the police would be saying the same thing. and if the police are saying that she acted like she was mentally unstable then a psych evaluation would have to be done. they don't just let people who mentally unsound go. someone or a couple or a group of someones are behind her dissappearance. the truth will come out.

  • I think they paid that man to make the call about her sitting on wooden steps. Something just don't sound right about that story.

  • @sexest34

What's 'not right' is sending a female waking alone in an unfamiliar neighborhood during the darkest part of night and without her cell phone, all over a few stinking dollars.

Why not just book her and give her and allow the courts to handle the case?

They had her car, her address, her information!

And just to be spiteful, the govement thugs were acting as judge and executioner by handing out the punishment of alone late at night on the mean streets of America.

    Parents have a case!

  • @nirbija I was talking about with the police dept. and the man that called in about seeing her on wooden steps. Something's not right with them.

  • @sexest34

Yes, I understand what you were 'talking about'.

And you have every right to be suspicious of those who have been KNOWN as liars in the past.

Until there is unimpeachable scientific evidence to the contrary, I share your view also.

The police are capable of anything, including the 'planting of evidence'/'witnesses'. They have that kind of nasty history.

  • @sexest34

are we the only two that caught on to the so detailed 911 tape. the call in is a cover up and his language speak volumes.AFRO.i would have expected him to use other words. That marijuana story is just to discredit the victim. that land had marijuana growing on it. the drawings have marijuana. how many women have they killed? im sure each drawing represent a different victim.this will probably be a movie in the making. and yeah judyluvsnoel she is a VICTIM and not a addict.
