@dushi1968 There are few reasons why someone wouldn't know the unlock code to a phone. It wouldn't be the first time someone's asked how to PIN unlock a phone.
All the categories for sim lock are 10 except for sim that is a zero, which means it is unlocked. Which is best locked or unlocked? Sorry, i am new to this.

My phone says
If your phone is SIM unlocked, the value will be ZERO (0).
but i can not make a phone call, and keeps asking for a unlock code. what is wrong.

Locked = can't use other SIM cards (not from your carrier).
Unlocked = can use any SIM card.

0. Download the zip file.
0.1. Copy the zip file to your SD card.
0.2: Boot into xRecovery.
1. Flash the zip package via xRecovery
2. Flash the Google Apps via xRecovery
3. Reboot and leave the phone alone until GSM/radio icon shows up (1-2 automatic reboots)
4. Enjoy.
If you can't follow that, too bad.
