PEOPLE! The song and video is all about a city of sleeping hearts...Obviously, she dreamed of everything that we see in the video.. Therefore, that is why we see her in an ambulance in the end, she obviously had an accident, after having met the man in the club, she lost her senses. As we know, when we lose our senses, we can have visions or dreams. The man from the club somehow "revived" her, brought her back from" the city of sleeping hearts", he "saved" her. Imagination people!! :0) <3
