You can ring them on 0845 564 4077 or on their geographic number 020 3582 9980. They answer quite quickly most of the time, and their agents will stay on the line forever no matter how ridiculous the call gets.
@telecomguy10 They've closed their UK office now. It's just US support only now. If you want to prank them their new number is +1 (334) 625-9838. They don't have caller ID and are very patient, so call away! :D
