  • there is something very wrong about this technique

  • its an accident waiting to happen, you should never double bench ,higher than the cab on digger ,to fix this lift the height of the bench up to at least the height of the duck tail ,or the back of truck tray ,thus lifting the bench height, and lessing the chance of excavator getting buried ,also create a big hole in front of digger ,so if any bulk material falls dowm,it will land in the hole rather than land on you,Satety first ,production will follow

  • wagons queing up and keepin that baby going all night. sweet.

  • where is this filmed?

  • @FUCKINROCKIT No you always go forward to the end of your cut and then go back the full distance on the same bench. When you do it as he is in the vid and back the trucks in on angle, roughly 45 degrees you establish a line of site from cab to cab with the truck and digger which adds an element of safety to the situation. Check Komatsu PC5500 vids on youtube, that is where i used to work and it shows it much better than this vid as you are in the cab of the PC5500 for the ride.

  • @Gavin84w The vids are by moofussa & skamootie

  • @FUCKINROCKIT Basically he advances forward knocking the material down and into a hole in front of him and then goes back in pretty much the same tracks he went forward in removeing the bench he was on and then allowing the trucks to move over

  • Muito manero !!!

  • i wish i were the operator of this monsterexcavator

  • CONSTRUCTICONS, ATTACK... wait. where is everybody?

  • Danm it starscream you beat me to it :D

  • rofl!

  • Guys while the bench does look to low, he could well be on his last flitch to the coal seam, perfect bench height is beetween the top rear of the body sidewall and the rear of the truck body floor, best way to match a digger to a truck is if the truck carries 100 ton, you need a 200 ton digger, 150 ton a 300 ton digger, 240 ton truck and a 480 ton digger, you get the picture.

  • wow this vid is boring

  • So when does it transform?

  • They can't Transform until Mixmaster shows up. Megatron's orders.

  • well long haul and demolisher are waitn for scrapper

  • no berms morons

  • This guys got know idea if he lifted his bench to 5 meters it would be a lot more productive and a lot safer!!!

  • also no berm right in front of the haul trucks

  • guys what is double benching ? is this the height that the shovel sits compared to the truck?, excuse my ignorance i`m trucker by trade.

  • How fast can one of those trucks go?

  • stone kille rh 340 is right thats to high for double beching shouldnt be over cab height its a no no were i work and no bund on the lower section wats the supervisor and oce doing / and the workers should pick this up not a bad operator though '

  • That would be an awesome double bench if he was sitting higher! You could really pump out some loads!

  • what's double benching ?

  • Cummins Power !!!

  • Ooo!! jaki sprzet ogromny super

  • thats how high double benching should be at my work where only allowed to flich cab floor which defeats the purpose of double benching if view pc 5500 under skmothe

  • you've got know idea half buckets accident waiting to happen, also no windrow in front of that drop off on the road.

  • if you have had experince in doubble its quiet safe ive done for years and havnt had accident

  • what are they mining here?

  • This is really fantastic footage; I'm a little surprised why a front shovel wasnt used to load the trucks but I'm by no means an expert. I've been lucky enough to witness RH200 shovels loading Cat 789 trucks at close hand. The sights and sounds of such a thing are impossible to describe in words but footage like this is certainly the next best thing! Awesome mate.

  • looks like 2 much overheight to be double beching

  • Muy bueno el video, es impresionante ver a esas grandes maquinas.

  • The machine which is an RH200 has an RH340 boom, stick and bucket (bucket reduced to 37 cubic yards) as well as the RH340B hydraulics and engines (QSK45)

  • What is it that makes this machine a hybrid? What has been used for from the 200 and 340?

  • we need a lot more vids like this one.
