I would gladly do one except i dont have a victa. Its very simple remove the cutting deck, then theres 3 nuts that hold the engine onto the chassis also you gotta remove the bolt that holds the accelerator on the handlebars.
Go to the hardware store, and pick up some window screen material to put over your horns. That will keep dirt, bugs, and other objects out of your horns... Ron :o)

Originally i had planned on a larger air tank. The smaller pumps which i saw are only designed to run for 10minutes and then have a rest for 30mins. With the larger air tank i didnt think it would compress enough air in the 10min.
Also the smaller pumps had plastic gears and i thought they would break as this would be use quite reguarly
I should get one for my Buick. LOL.

Yea i might do that since it is facing the front of the car, a small rock might make a hole in the diafram.

y not get a smaller pump? or get the other type of horns with mini pump so a smaller setup and lighter weight
