Message for Kevin Gao

"My y560p was shipped with windows on the SATA not the RapidDrive SSD, so no fast boot. I thought it was a error however after talking to them (for hours), trying to get a replacement set up correctly, they say they are only being shipped this way (windows on SATA). I believe this is a mistake, but it looks like your tech,sales, and support have no clue how this is a disadvantage. Some I have talked to, at Lenovo tech support, say it cannot be done.

Also i like Lenovo using his own origin personnel to deliver the key notes on the product :)

PLEASE READ LENOVO:

this thing looks very cool. In fact, the only thing this machine seems to lack, is a lack of bundled windows-taxation. I want to run ubuntu 10.04 on the main device instead of windows. PLEASE offer this product without the evil os, lenovo. You can offer both with and without, but it's about time users get a real choice nowadays as there finally is competition to microsofts monopoly, and the alternatives are better, FREE of charge and free of virus, spyware bloat and shit.

This is really cool and amazing. I would buy it in a heartbeat if it came out with Android or Windows Mobile on the tablet portion. This can be an iPad killer if it had Android or WinMo because it needs a rich App market. The Lenovo Linux on it is nice but it needs a better more well known platform to make it popular. I'm quite confident they will do this soon or someone will hack it.

looks fantastic and it will probably be up to speed by June release. I love the

concept and the case is essentially the notebook. Give Lenovo some credit for smarts...the fact it runs linux (no Apple nor Microsoft restrictions) and Win 7 is fantastic. I'm definitely getting one. The iPad is a big fail without OS X

I like the idea, it's pretty cool, but the system seem to be a bit slow, and really I don't think that people would walk around with the tablet in my hand just to listen to music. As a tablet PC, I prefer the normal windows 7 slate PC, because you can do much more, or maybe iPad, since they are both fast.

I very much like the concept. As for the touch interface, it still needs work. Did anyone else notice how the display did not change from portrait to landscape? Also, when it use as a table, graphics performance seems kind of slow.

What am I supposed to do with the tablet once it's out? Throw it in my purse? Won't it get scratched/broken? Does anyone know if there is a touch keyboard on the tablet?

I love the idea of combining the two...tablets are great, but don't have the versatility of a computer. Thanks for the subtitles. :)

Hi Cory, I disagree. I know many Asians who speak really great English although not born into an English speaking envirnoment, particularily Taiwanese and Koreans.

I also know Europeans who work in Taiwan and speak really good Mandarin, it is really a necessity there in order to conduct business.

LOL.. Would I make a comment like that if I didn´t? I know what it is like to do business in other languages. I have my own company here in Spain, Spanish is my principal work langauge. I also speak Irish (Gaelige) and German. Personally, I would be really embarrassed if I gave a presentation with such poor language skills; certainly too embarrassed to then post it to the net.

The product is a nice concept although it is not clear how useful it is, I would like something which I could snap-out, take to a meeting for taking notes or for powerpoint presentations. I think the snapdragon processor would be too slow for Win7. Lets see what Apple brings out on the 26th.

Got my first Mac 6 months ago (iMac), I just bought a Mac Mini before Christmas. They are great for certain things but Windows still rules in the enterprise, would be lost without my Win7 laptop.
