It's the snow. All you folks, saying it sounds like water or trees, i suppose you have never lived in the frozen north where the snow turns to a solid crust while the wind blows a film of the ice particles off the top of it and it washes over it all just like water?

@imao666 Not waves, sounds more like snow particles carried by wind above the ground. In Russia there's a special term for this: pozyomka (позёмка). Of may be it's just some recording artifacts...
