An apology goes a long way. The fact that asians are taking some action against this racist "joke" is important. Usually we don't have unity and come out to protest (only in asia). I'm glad the Asian community came together to protest When the Tsunami song was played on HOT97.

News update: 1) A restaurant made an attempt to recreate the "Fried Mice" from chicken breasts by the same recipe, result: one being rodent-like and another crab-like 2) The lady who made the complaint has moved out of her home since the broadcast, plaintiff's lawyers are criticizing her trustworthiness 3) WPIX refused to hand over the alleged meat for biological (DNA) test, the evidence might have been destroyed.
A civil lawsuit has been filed at the Supreme Court of New York State.
Seriously folks, they did not mix a mice into the chicken breasts it in order to fry it in the form of a rodent. It looks like a rodent just because of the same way we find clouds look like anything we are familiar with.
Right now there is no information how an actual fried rodent is going to look like. No poor people around the world have tried that and have it witnessed by a passing by web-savvy tourist.

also, chinese restuarant would not fry the meat in "chicken with broccoli", they stir fried it. now, not only this take out lose it's business greatly, but it made a chain reaction to all chinese resturant in nyc and other states. furthermore, they are receiving pratical yet threthening phone call everyday! dont you think it's fair? should they SAY SORRY?
they should say sorry because they reported the incident to the public without first investigate if that peice of meat is indeed a mouse?, and it was came from this particular take out!
