I'm one to talk but stop buying crap food with no nutritional value, bike, walk instead of drive when you can, coupons, brown bag it, pay yourself first, don't completely deprive yourself ( set some money aside for wasteful stuff). Don't smoke,don't buy lottery,don't drink alone, take care of the stuff you do own, enjoy lawn sales but don't buy shit your not gonna use or don't really need. I could go on. Everything helps and does work. THE END

Cereal for breakfast with sugary yogurt! Why not focus on saving your

health so you can still walk when you are 65. The food habits need to be

discussed before most of our country dies of diabetes or a heart attack.

The health insurance and drug companies are getting rich because we are

so consumer oriented that we don't bother to research the food and H2o that

we put in our bodies. Nuritional deficiencies are rampant-doctors unless they

are trained in nutrition will just keep you sick. Money
