Her noble phantasm is invisible until she releases its' energy. You should watch the anime, or read the visual novel.

and yes, her Sword is the legendary Excalibur, The most powerful weapon in the universe.

The sword is invisible because she doesnt want her enemies to know what she wields or her secret identity (king arthur) will be revealed.

I don't know, I don't find it's not just her Ai... But her animations just seem real stiff and lazy to me as well as the fact that her moveset seems kind of limited to. It reminds me quite a bit of that Gilgamesh sprite I have.
