@umukegwu From a scientology perspective the spirits leave the body at death and then takes a newborn body for example at a hospital. Reincarnation. No heaven or hell.
God dos not judge. To judge or condemn someone is just a thing that we mortals do, the reason for this is everything between power and fear, a human flaw that each individual should work on. Do not worry, you will find what you seek, one way or another. =)
