Thanks man!!!!! Thanks for the support. Just looking back...we had a bad day in the squat. If I had not bombed, this bench would be a new state record...but since no squat..no new record. We'll get more next time!
I think if you let go of that, it would have flew through the ceiling...

Don't be so hard on yourself, that was excellent benching. IPF legal & not ugly at all (about as good looking as 600 lbs+ can get).
