it was fine woody, this is the same thing you said for that small jump i did in the 2008 vid :P its just the way i land sometimes. i pretty much land the same on the jump from the bench to the wall haha

It might have not felt bad, but knees way over feet, back arched, ass hitting heels (with speed) is not a good landing. It means you can not take it. Also shows you don't understand the mechanics of your body. :\
