So they won't show a routine pull over, but they will show the 1 in 1,000 that goes incorrectly and ends terribly. If you are basing your view on police officers based on what you have seen the media portray then you should never call 911 if you truly need help. Why seek help from those you hate?

Who makes that decision? We are all entitled to our opinions, however in this case I believe you are misguided. It should be the police who are better trained to understand what they are dealing with. Somebody who has learning issues should not have any less rights, and that includes the right to walk freely, than any other person.
More training and a little less willingness to quickly resort to excessive force and this video would not exist. And yes looking at the video it was excessive.

No I'm sorry it's opinion. I doubt very much you are a lawyer so you are making assumptions. Yes he may be perceived as resisting arrest, however to me, there is excessive force. Plus he may not need a guardian, I don't know what his handicap is or was, again assumption on your part. The video also does not show how or why he was being arrested, so assumptions are being made. I do not see the need for anyone to be treated the way he was. If it was legal then the law need to be looked at.
