  • Thank you for this! It helped me to learn Heian Yondan :). Next step, Heian Godan.

  • @MysteriousKori Heian Godan is a pretty easy Kata to Learn but it takes time to be able to get alot of power with that Kata and the jump throws alot of people off... Good Luck with this Kata it has alot of great Bunkai to it .. :)

  • i can do it better..........

  • i doubt that

  • very nice kata, but, this is JKA...and, has many colour of belts. SKA has only three with different ranks within which are not marked. I am told that historically, there was only white and black. Some Ryu have different ways of doing these, his back leg would be straight in most SKA and JKA when doing zen katzu dachi.

  • Wow, because in the shotokan karate this kata was in the orange belt....

  • is back leg is not straight at 00:31 and 00:37 while doing the gyaku zuki. Shouldn't it be straight?

  • this is the recommended speed - if you're doing it waaaaaay faster - you're doing it wrong.......

  • @risborg i cant belivie you guys spent time for this shit..go and make some punches on heavy bag learn how to fight..this is dance.
