whats cool is this truck is 3500lbs lighter than any LS car made by gm (except vette) and zero traction issues. CA legal OBDII swap how do you get around the turbo at smog?

I'm sure he said it was a lq4 iron block, it didn't run to good at our elevation.

Im not really liking this. Its not the motor. (The ls engine is always a good choice). Dropping a v8 in a syclone. It's loses abit of its personality.

@need2speed94 Yep, it is still AWD. The kuhmos are for the street, but also have a set of 4 drag radials for the track

The 82-93 s10's have so much room under the hood compared to my 98. I want a huge turbo too.

what are you running in a quarter mile? how much hp? and torque?

@tidewaterfisherman Not quite sure actually. My buddy only had a base tune on it to break in the engine. Right after it was fully broken in, he upgraded to a 88mm turbo. It is pretty much ready to run again, and will be ran on the dyno soon.
