Wow, I felt the same way... Had to loose 14% body fat or 40 pounds. Lost 12% and couldn't loose the last 2%. I worked hard, for 6 months and gave up. Now I have to start over because I feel incomplete not reaching my goal.

Boy... I haven't even began to see the results you have made. What an accomplishment you have achieved! It is OK to not received the results you want today, just continue to persist. That is the trick. You have become obsessed with this and that is a big hold up, OBSESSION is never good, with anything- instead TRY to view this journey as an experiment.. Test, trial, error, and then results.
Maybe, you're working out too much and putting too much stress and it's taxing your body. But, think about it, the most fit people (except weightlifters) only spend about an hour or so working out period.

I'm having the same issues lately...except I binged. I'm going to pray about it. Sometimes it is easy to forget how far you've come. Don't let the scale mess with your mind. We can do it!!!!
