Not worth it, not for $85 and the damage the chemicals cause to your liver. I had a doctor remove mine for $57 and have been using fake ones whenever I wear sandals or open toe shoes. I take them off at home. Been that way for years now, and no one has noticed the difference. :)

I had to experience 3 months of HELL for not taking care of my feet, including expensive Lamisil pills that my insurance did not cover. Prevention is key to healthy feet.

@koelschwolf its crazy how something can cost so much. just like nicorate, cost $85 to help stop smoking. something that treats toe nail fungus shouldnt cost so damn much.

I had nail fungus for over 10 years. I tried all of the natural remedies... Vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, Vicks vaporub, tea tree oil, oregano oil, etc. I finally used a product called Fungiban that totally killed the fungus in about 3 months. I continued to use it until my nails were grown out. The secret of this product is it contains stuff to allow the medicine to permeate the nail along with strong antifungal medicines. And i kept the nails filed thin first few months.

I have been using Ciciopirox nail laquer now for about 3 weeks to a month and it has definitely lightened up the fungus. This little bottle (about 1/3 the size of a finger nail polish bottle) cost me $85. But, it is safe and does the trick ... just takes a little time though for the new nail to grow in to replace the bad nail.
