Its not because its cheap labor....its because the racking isnt solid at all...the guy was doing this right I know because I use lift truck at my job (caterpillar) and sometime we doing the same thing that this guy doing...but the racking dont collapse ont the floor....trust me i dont what im talking about.

I am a fork lift driver that is my job, and this guy should have been in reverse, so he would have been able to see if he could clear the drums AND the racking before the product on the forks ever hit, so YES it is his fault

i have setup many bays and it wasn't the drivers fault but the store and contractors who built that system. that was some bad engineering, that is why you always have to anchor down the uprights to the floor and put safety bolts/cariage bolts on all beams. if i was that forklift driver i would have sued for putting me in unsafe and hazardous work conditions.

I have actually destroyed one myself.

I have, however" NEVER seen a collapse like that.

I would say that ,means either bad frame work from the production company, or far more likely, bad security bad the company we are seeing pictures of.
