Good luck. Three years ago I started triathons planning race an Ironman 'someday'. This Sept (08) I finished Ironman WI. Find a workout plan and stick to it, fix your eating habits, not even less, just better food. You can not get done tomorrow what you can get done today! I wish I could understand German so I could read your site. I'll be posting a video about my experience next year on my channel too :)

We share the same dream and we have the same problem. I will be doing my first Ironman in 2010. I wish you best luck with your future Triathlons. Maybe someday I will do a tri in Germany.
