Uh, Tubey, the deal is that in our country citizens are innocent until proven guilty. When they are caught in a crime, they are generally incarcerated until guilt or innocence can be adjudicated (uh, that means 'decided') in a court of law.

Sorry if my prior post to Bighorn re: asthma inhalers was too difficult for you to digest tube. ALbuterol, the only effective asthma treatment for serious asthmatics, is no longer available in the form of an inhaler.
