@killette82 I think the point he's trying to make, and that you're missing, is that this particular bike does not hold with the popular idea of what a rat bike is. Its a nice bike and you've done a good job but a rat bike is one that is kept in running condition with no consideration for aesthetics. By even considering a paint job or pinstripes its not a rat bike.

sorry man. i hate arguing on the internet and when people talk shit. i really like the bomber look. my question was does it bother you where the master cylinder cable sits on the forks? i put drag bars on my 86 Rebel 450 and the cable gets stuffed behind the forks and the starter button hits the tank and it tries to crank itself.
