Sklar here..just want to clear this up! My Dingwall is my 5 string touring bass. My Warwick Star Bass II is what I play as a semi acoustic and my old Frankenstein sort of Jazz bass is my primary studio bass. Different basses for different situations. And, I get NO money for basses I endorse. Not making any money ..only want to see the quality of instruments improve.

I love his playing and I understand he's got to make a living but it's disappointing to see him shill for several companies. He even used the same joke about sleeping with Sheldon Dingwall.

Seriously, I'm guessing that he likes Dingwall for fretted and Warwick for fretless. I personally found this video because I tried a Dingwall the other day and it was great so I'm researching them.
